The IVHHD Postgraduate Training course is intended as a pathway to the
IVHHD Diploma in Meditation Therapy for people who have already completed
the IVHHD Certificate in Meditation Teaching & Holistic Human Development.
There are currently five Postgraduate courses to select from. Each postgraduate course is a short certificate level course and each one can be completed as an individual/stand alone course. Completion of four postgraduate courses upgrades the IVHHD Certificate in Meditation
Teaching & Holistic Human Development
to the IVHHD Diploma in Meditation Therapy.
The additional course modules in the diploma level course will allow you to develop a general practice enabling you to provide targeted services for every area of your community or, alternatively you can choose to concentrate on one particular area of interest and develop a specialty practice.
Specialty Practice areas may include:
Family ~ Families, couples & children
Women ~ Women, pregnancy, birth, motherhood, women in life transition
Emotional Wellbeing- ~ Anxiety, depression, stress Health & Healing ~ Pain management, chronic disease, wellness, rehabilitation
Children ~ Children and teenagers
Corporate ~ Corporate stress management & motivational consulting & training
Seniors ~ Respite centre’s & retirement homes
Holistic Counselling & Holistic Life Coaching
Many of our graduates work for themselves in their own private practices and some choose to use their training to secure employment as meditation teachers, meditation therapists, Chair Yoga instructors, consultants and holistic counsellors in a variety of settings including; Natural therapies centre’s, gymnasiums and health clubs, Spas and wellness retreats and Yoga schools.
Postgraduate courses can be completed individually or as a postgraduate diploma package off campus (online) at any time of the year. Or on campus (face-to-face)
in Brisbane once a year as either a day student or residential retreat student.
The on campus postgraduate training course runs for four days and all four modules must be completed (students can not complete less than four modules through this delivery model.)
The next available Postgraduate training course will be run in Brisbane from
March 21st to March 24th 2012. Day students will be required to attend from
8.30am to 5.30 pm on all 4 days.
Please note: The IVHHD Certificate in Meditation Teaching & Holistic Human Development is a prerequisite for entry to this course. However the on campus IVHHD Certificate in Meditation Teaching & Holistic Human Development training course in Brisbane will be held from March 16th to March 21st 2012, so students who wish to complete both the certificate level and postgraduate level training at this time can enroll in the on campus diploma training course:

OFF-CAMPUS POSTGRADUATE STUDIES
Students who have completed the IVHHD Certificate in Meditation Teaching & Holistic Human Development via the correspondence (online) delivery mode can apply to complete postgraduate modules via correspondence (online) up t two years after completion of their certificate level course and will have one year after enrolment to complete all modules and obtain their Diploma in Meditation Therapy.
DIPLOMA MODULES / POSTGRADUATE COURSES
The IVHHD Diploma in Meditation Therapy requires the completion of the
IVHHD Certificate in Meditation Teaching & Holistic Human Development
plus four postgraduate modules.You can choose from any of the following modules
1/Corporate Stress Management Training program
2/Prenatal Meditation
3/Meditation for Children
4/Meditation for the Management of Depression & Anxiety
5/Meditation for Healing & Chronic Pain Management
Each of these modules takes four of part time home study to complete.
OFF CAMPUS COURSE FEES
Course Fees for off-campus Postgraduate courses:
Individual modules - $210 per module
Diploma Program (4 modules) - $600
fee payment in full is required on enrolment for Postgraduate courses.

TRAINING COURSE
Brisbane from March 21st to March 24th 2012
The Postgraduate Diploma in Meditation Therapy is delivered once each year at an intensive four day residential training retreat in Brisbane, Australia.
This course is intended as a pathway to the
IVHHD Diploma in Meditation Therapy for postgraduate for people who have already completed the IVHHD Certificate in Meditation Teaching & Holistic Human Development.
The on-campus training course has provisions for both |residential retreat or day only students.
There are currently limited place for both day and residential students at the next
On-campus Diploma level training course..
The on-campus course is an intensive training experience and you will
be filling your time with a great deal of hands-on learning. .
There will be some time for rest, walks and rejuvenation in the beautiful surroundings but it will be an action packed four days!
This retreat will not only be a professional development and career advancement opportunity, it will also be an amazing course in self discovery and personal
growth ...A personal and professional transformation.
You will meet like-minded people, you may make some lifelong friends
and you will get in touch with the best part of yourself.
One thing you can be sure of, you will have one of the most interesting,
defining & fun times of your life.
Accommodation for residential students is in private rooms.
The Postgraduate Diploma in Meditation Therapy requires 4 postgraduate

All meals and accommodation on training days
Transport to and from the training venue is not included in the course
fee but Airport transfers from Brisbane Airport can be arranged for you.
